Have you been able to keep up with workouts? I remember you saying in a past video that you wanted to do like three to four workouts a week?

Thank you for this question! Honestly I was doing very well then I got sick (my sick day vlog was like the start of it) way bad & my body felt super weak and lethargic for weeks after then I never got back into it. Honestly I’ve been doing like 1x a week if I’m honest, last week I did 2 days lol but it is a work in progress I do want to get more serious about it again and make it a priority
