1.Insert a tool or a SIM ejector tip, or an unfolded paperclip, into the hole in the SIM tray, located to the left of the a10s phone.
2.Gently insert an opening pick between the screen and the back cover at the bottom of the phone where the charging port is.
3.Slide opening pick along the left edge gently, toward the upper left corner, to open the clips on your phone.
4. Detach the rear shell.
5. Unscrew the three 3 mm screws to remove the cable cover.
6. Pry up the motherboard cover with the flat end using a screwdriver to release the plastic clips that hold it in place.
7.Remove the motherboard cover.
8.Disconnect the battery by prying vertically on the connector with a spatula.
9.Heat the battery to facilitate extraction.
10. Heat the panel and remove your screen.
11.Clean the location of the old slab.
12. Apply glue to the ends of the frame.
13.Put the new slab in position.

Requiring battery removal to change the LCD is actually bullshit. I have to fix my friend's a10s, her display was already falling off by itself but I still have to remove the battery to get to the ribbon cables. It's crap design, the screen replacement is the most common repair on a smartphone it should be possible without having to force the battery out. Apple design is much better in that area. Even my old Redmi 4x the display is already coming loose on its own so I could easily peel it off without battery removal but will still be forced to take the battery out if I want to fit a new display. Poor design from Android manufacturers. Thank you for your video though - very helpful.
