Do you think it was the difference in a focused topic or beat that elevated you for these? Based on past stuff I wouldn’t have expected you to make it far (even if they were still okay), but your round 1/2 entries were far and away above the rest. And your competition was heavy. Do you think anything specific contributed to it like what shofu & gang were looking for?
Even if you take away the uniqueness of your approach, your ability to visualize lyrics to people and wordplay are extremely impressive on these.
Edit - Gotta add the dancing improved on round 2 as well. Were these freestyle takes and you were feeling it on recording or choreographed?
