I remember the days when the owner of a company planned the layout of his new office space with an architect to insure it got built just the way he wanted it. As opposed to walking the new office floor having no idea what was where and complaining as if they he had no control over what was built.

Does anyone know if the decision to build more bathrooms was made ? And if the additional bathrooms are in progress or what? Someone please let me know what the bathroom status is. That small squalor of a bathroom Dave was complaining about should only be used by one person at a time. It will need a lock put on it and a green/red status like a port-o-potty has. No, people hire a builder for that. Pretty much one guy to manage and schedule all the different contractors. This guy would have no oversight unless he was a micro manager. Plus he said his most important thing was his calendar for placing bets so that's prob the better use of his time.
