@@johnvictor1877Dear sir... you are so generous to ask sorry...but you are right as per the original song...since you said you are not a musician,i would love to say something honestly from my opinion sir ....i will tell you something what i know in my little knowledge...sometimes the tune which was taught by the composer was not exactly represented by the singers throughout the song or even by the musicians though playing with the notations given by the composer.....According to the composer if Oorvalam is sang as a straight note,then certainly the previous word of thaaragai would have been taught with a little kamagam to end with....but the original singer sang both the places without kamagams ....so, naturally more attention is given from the original singer to sing it properly atleast by singing it in tune rather to commit any wrong kamagams at that particular place safely( kavithai tharagai)These little things will be acceptable by a composer when it is sung plainly as how original singer sang...but the composer would have been more satisfied when the song is sung as how the song is presented in this video as per my opinion...We never try to improvise anything at anytime especially when it is a composition of MAESTRO ISAIGNANI ILAYARAAJA SIR...If there is a major difference in re-presenting any of RAAJA SIRS SONG,I will be the first critic to my children...So i humbly want to convey this to you dear sir...we love your love for our MAESTRO...PEOPLE LIKE YOU ONLY CAN KEEP THIS EARTH SAFE AS YOU CANNOT EVEN ACCEPT ANYTHING THAT SPOILS THE ORIGINALITY...GREAT RESPECT TO YOU FOR YOUR ADMIRATION FOR RAAJA SIR'S MUSIC...OUR FAMILY REGERDS TO YOU ANYWAYS FOR THE RIGHT POINT THAT YOU FOUND FROM YOUR VISION WHICH IS TRUE SIR...THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN... 🙏♥️🎼🙂

As I already said, waiting for a concert like 'Live at the Acropolis' very soon. Only that Lydian and Amirtha will be playing more actual instruments live than any other musician ever did it live. I always thanked the nature for living in the time of IR, MSV, KVM, ARR, SPB, SJ, KJY, PS, PBS, TMS. Now I thank nature for giving the gift of Lydian and Amirtha for now and the days to come.
