Order mine 40" HillCo uncapping tank last week. I did purchase 20 packages of bees from them this spring, and was very impressed.

The newer model has some improvements
It has been a great experience doing business with HillCo
Thank you for the information and comment
i have purchased 18 frame extractor, uncapping tank from Hillco a few months ago. I have run around 65 or so supers through the equipment. As you have stated honey gate a little to be desired and the welded pin that holds frames needs to be higher. other than that flawless. Customer service been on point! Enjoy it :)
I am very interested in their extractors. They look very nice
Thank you for the comment and feedback
If the pin was higher the lid would not sit correctly
@@ronsmith2946
Understood. It would require the tank lip it rests on to be lowered or the arm bracket to have “L”s bent in on both sides which I feel is the better option.
Just a 1/4 inch is all that is needed to make it perfect
Have been doing business with Hill cove for a couple of years now. Excellent customer service for any problem you may have. Could not ask for better customer service. I have bought an eight frame electric extractor, and also their bottling valve. The bottling valve is as close to perfect as you can get would recommend to anyone. I mounted the bottling valve on

nice I like that thank you for showing it. I am not at that stage of keeping bees yet but have saved it to favorites for the next couple of years.
Glad to help. Please contact me if you need any help
Some of the other companies make you buy the grates and covers in addition to buying the tank. This is going to be my next purchase. I bought one of their extractors last January and breaking it in this week.

I didn’t realize they sold such crucial parts separately
“Do you want tires with that car?”
Only more proof HillCo is doing things right
Thank you for the information and comment
@@fishingforbees A 36 In tank, with lid and two cappings baskets from one of the main providers is $1365.
Wow. That is a lot of money

It is a very nice piece of equipment
Good luck with the magnets on stainless steel.
@@beehivewithaview9760
Yeah. Got ahead of myself on that thought process😀
Also Thought maybe they would stick to the legs but that won’t work either
I am hoping to avoid drilling holes so I am open to suggestions
It’s not crucial just would be nice to have
@@fishingforbees Have you seen the suction handles that they use in window or glass companies?
@beehivewithaview9760
Thank you! Great idea
Check out the suction handles used in showers sold in Lowes/Home Depot
@wheelchairmd
Thank you
Magnets don’t stick to stainless steel
@@apatriot1762
Yes. I misspoke and Got ahead of myself on the solution but a viewer recommended suction cup handles to avoid drilling holes
I will just be wheeling it around with them and not lifting so I think he has a great idea
Thank you for catching my error
