Upload whenever you feel like it, instead of when you feel you must. I'm really enjoying your videos and you're making me see that yes, when we think we're alone, we aren't.
I too had my COVID vaccinations in another country and the first one was done exceptionally well but affected me although it was very doable (very hungry, very sleepy plus bad sinus aches), whereas the second one was done not so well - two tries - so my arm was a little sore but I didn't feel affected at all. Yes, we just need to take care of ourselves when we are not well. It feels right. It feels like honoring who we are and where we came from.
(I also volunteered with COVID vaccinations and I met several people who were really nervous.)
I have not done the third vaccination. I'm in my sixties and I am totally not worried, but you're making me realize that I should check up on current travel requirements. Thank you.

Please don't feel pressured to make videos. We really love seeing these but you and your health come first! 😊 I felt horrible after each vaccine (i also needed all three to travel to my home country), but covid hit me way harder than i expected.

There are times I’m so glad to have internet, at times when I’m feeling alone or lonely, feeling the people around me aren’t interested in what I’m interested in or what I feel passionate about. I’m so lucky to have a great group of Twitter friends from around the world, we work together to alert people to the dangers of a pe*o in particular, amongst others who do similar. We are a mix of men & women but we’re passionate about women’s rights. We don’t just chat about those, we talk about our day to day lives, our successors and struggles. I remember being around 11 up and I’ve always struggled with insomnia, laying awake with just my thoughts. Things at school and home that worried me, things that terrified me, constant pain from undiagnosed conditions.
Now I know there’s always someone online somewhere to interact with. Sometimes I do still feel lonely, my mobility isn’t great, but for the most part I don’t feel lonely.
I don’t know how I would cope in your position though, I’m not sure I’d be strong enough x ❤

Your not alone. I'm glad. you have friends to go to lunch with. that's a very good thing. Some times friend can become family also. I am old and all of my family have died. So I have friends that are just as close to me as my blood family was. It's okay not to post a video every week or month. Do you buy groceries every day? I buy groceries 1 time every 2 weeks. and I make a meal plan. that way I save money on groceries. I'm lazy also. I will cook a big amount of soup or anything and then I don't have to cook the next day. :).

Dear Lee, when my son was born he directly started to have severe diarrhoea and it lasted more than three months. I always went back to the baby doctor and he said…try carrotpowder in his milk and other weird things. At my work a friend told me to go to the baby doctor that she visited for her baby. That doctor directly told me to change his milk into soymilk. I was so happy that he became better and gained weight! Today he is 36y old and he is still very careful with cow milk. Luckily, we are now living in a time in which there are sooooo many other options to replace the cow milk. Thank for ALL your videos!

I live alone and i khow how it is,it a real stress i khow how it is to have nobody to spend the time with at home, i just spend most of my time outside and when i at home i just sleep i try to b positive but sometime it really hard i was surrounded by my family and one day all of a sudden i was left alone it's was hard it is hard today, you are doing great b positive always find time to do something keep yoursef busy go out and i am going to do something like you are doing, for exampke cooking😊 , best of luck sorry if i said something wrong. ❤❤❤

I have learned that when getting the shot you should have food prepared like soup and juice and tea easy stuff . Wear comfy clothes and if you want to let put set of pajamas when you get home and fall asleep . Make sure to have warm blankets and pain pills

I pick up bugs and viruses so easily, I have loads of food allergies too, so I expected to have a reaction to the vaccine. But I didn’t, some friends and friends relatives did though.
I maybe Ill later, I loaded up on anti histamines, because watching your videos yesterday made me really, really, really want curry instant noodles! I’m allergic to gluten…. I stopped myself eating all of it, just enough to satisfy my craving. It’s been in my pantry months and I’ve resisted 😂
