Making of Finnish bark bread

Bark bread is traditional Finnish bread. One ingredient is bark flour which is made from pine. Bark bread has been eaten especially during hunger years. In this video it is shown how bark bread can be baked. Traditional bark bread is baked using leaven. In the video bark bread is baked using rye bred ingredients which contains the leaven.
