Sorry, Fred... this is the best version of this song, no doubts about it. The night, the bridge, the lights and you singing "newwww... yooork..." Simply perfect. Thanks for this upload, I've got a cut like this using a videocassette, and now it is back...
Heard on a documentary that Freddy didn't like the way it sounded or something to that effect and that is why it was never released. Many great songs are still hidden that Queen did. Just the few seconds of new York new York sound great to me. I wish they would release them and let everyone enjoy them. Queen is one of the greatest bands ever. I can listen to their songs over snd over and over and never ever have I gotten tired of them
Absolutely right! I have the same thing, I’ve been listening to Queen for so many years and I never get tired of it! To be completely honest, I don’t want to listen to anyone after them. Including this song New York for 2 minutes, I really like it, where can I find the words he sings here, especially at the end his voice is cosmic ❤️🔥 Freddie, we still love you, we still miss so much 💔
@@NoName-mp5rz "...aaand if i can make it there, i'll make it anywhere....!!! It's up to you, New York, Neeeeewww Yoooooork!" that's what you hear him singing
Queen singing "New York New York" while Kurgan drives her over the Queensborough Bridge into Queens @2:22 is my favorite scene in this movie yo!! Also thats when she finally passes out wth tough lady lol....
Freddie Mercury: So what is this song for? Director: Well there's this guy who is impossible to kill who if after this girl in a big city. Mercury: So it'S like The Terminator? Director: Not exactly. But close.
Person who wrote and sang “Goodbye Horses”: So you want to use my song in your movie? Director : Yeah. It’s a thriller called “Silence of the Lamb.” With Jodi Foster. Songwriter: Awesome! What scene will you use it in? Director: Yeah. About that.

What a movie, what a song! And of course Freddie’s voice is absolutely incredible!!! The best version of this song ❤❤❤
I absolutely love that shot of the car going on the bridge and metal sparks flying as he goes further up the bridge! Really goes well with the beat!

Read Mercury demanded that the full recording never get released…he didn’t realize how cool he sounded.
😔
At least they left us wanting more.. I hope more of this song gets unearthed at some point.
New York, New York...
Brilliant movie I had the same problem

That is basically a standard evening of GTA5

Não consigo achar essa música, só acho umas armações. Alguém sabe essa versão onde posso achar???
Great video! Why does it get stuck at 0:48?
CZcams messed up something. The video I've uploaded doesn't have any error.
He was so cool. I wish he won.
