Beautiful performance of this great Tim O'Brien song. His picking on this tune is deceptively difficult. I've been trying to master it for months and I can't seem to manage it while singing the lyrics, and I'm pretty good at that.

Try a different approach, do the alternating thumb and frail the fingers on the strings. Maybe a different key, make it your own.
