That's really clean, good job, I'm actually seeking an old moped to make a custom build from scratch.
I never drove a bike and doesn't own the license (who's mandatory in my country), I will build it then buy the license and finally drove it and it will be a release, a real pleasure to finally ride something that I made !

How did you do for the clutch not to turn the wheel when on idle..

I love the set-up! I have the same set-up. My only question is how did you hook up your Trail Tech? I have the Artek K1 CDI and the trail tech RPM gauge doesn't work properly. Did you hook it up straight to the trigger wire?

+aeronjackson sorry for the late response. I have mine wired in to the trigger wire, but you should be able to just wrap the trail-tech rpm wire around the spark plug wire (number of loops around the wire in the manual). What most people get confused with is the setting involving the number of sparks per revolution. In my case it was 2 sparks per revolution. If you set this setting wrong, it will display some very sporadic readings that are way off.
