There are numbers of capital management company , where they can manage your investment. You can invest 2 mil buy a property under there name. On the book you just invested 2 mil into the company. In this industry we know this is not a new practice, many big capital or asset management company are doing that already. I bet government aware of it too. But it wins people heart when they see government doing something.
