We have a pool and my pulmonologist doesn’t want me to be out in the sun for long periods of time so I make sure I get out at least an hour a day. Sometimes it’s working in the yard if it’s cool enough and then other days if it’s hotter, I get in the pool and just kind of float around on a raft. I haven’t even used my Temu suntan lotion yet.
