For healthy version of junk food you have to heavily compromise on taste. So its better to use 50:50 ratio in atta to maida. Or you can use sooji, its even better. Personally i have pizza once or twice a month but never compromise on taste or ingredient. Otherwise even daal roti is much healthier than these junk foods.
I don't think the whole wheat version tastes bad, infact I actually prefer its taste more at times. However, it'd be a good practice to use atleast 10-20% refined flour and not use oil in the dough, rather use it at the end to coat. Using oil at the initial stage hampers gluten formation, which is already minimal in whole wheat. So yeah.

People ask me why my pizza bread is better than domino's or pizza hut? I told that I follow Italian recipe, not just any other substitute or healthy option to compromise taste. Yeah, oil should be the last thing to add. But before making dough you must prepare poolish with equal quantity of flour and water. Add honey and yeast to ferment. Then after first fermentation add some flour and form dough. 70% hydration is best. Dusting should be with corn meal.

Bro I tried this and literally I swear to God "It is more delicious than the refined flour one" The base doesn't tastes bready so all the toppings are able to dominate unlike refined flour one where all the pizza tastes like bread and the toppings are not able to come up.
