Haven’t done rabbit jerky but jerky is always good, I used to always dip it in egg yolk then Italian shake n bake and fry or bake it in the oven 🤤

good one buddy, can never go wrong with stew or stuff the belly and stitch it then bake in apple juice , but now im curious how the jerky would come out
