So funny and perfect timing! I've had a dead battery in my car for 2 weeks and that's how I've felt myself during this time though when l've needed to be somewhere I get a jumpstart which gets me to my destination and enough charge in the battery to get me back home again! When I had to be somewhere the other day I wasn't feeling too great (heavy energy symptoms so I canceled my plans and stayed home!) I've had to wait to afford to buy a battery and today was that day!! All systems go now! well from tomorrow on!! LOL ..

What is said about releasing traumas for sensitive souls and empaths and how forces are controlling (and dominating) - and been keeping me in a FIGHTING state which has been VERY VERY much watched over? Seems indeed being released by recognisong MY TRUE soul essence and kindness, and it happens by a bunch of means.
Such as STOP holding MINDSTATES (of TANTRUMS), AND this defensive fighting state? And the continuous though of conflict with others/environment? While actually sometimes i remember and recognise that I ACTUALLY LOVE them??
Im letting go of that PLUS just practicing observing awareness of the different forces of negative and positive, man and female, left and right, diagonal (Channels?) and allllll kind of stuff - just a sense of “curiosity” in stead of attitude
-than things start releasing.
There are also different ways just like simply practicing some love and transforming energies than at least people feel happier
It FEELS like that? Releasing a bit of fire, finding a bit more of my magnetic (protected?) state and more grounded? (Ive known for long time i was less grounded than i allways was for a long time) -I remember that in the past, energies have tried to disconnect me from groundedness (and HEART) energy in some weird way? By attacking the ROOT? It started happening in 2013 or 2014 already. Just a bit before that i had my first experience of really grounding through intense meditative action and later (or maybe earlier i dont actually remember right now) through standing grounding practices? -very powerful very nice wonderful beautiful experience? -> feeling VERY much AT HOME (finally? After so long all my life never feeling actually settled and at home anywhere??)
And than this bunch of SHIT things started happening!
Before that i have been pouring love over my environment from expanding Heart which was absolutely magical and very real at the same time?
As to lose my faith in/and love so as to be an angry type of person that is “aware of dangers” and thus way more in the Personality and somewhat of an “Arrogant” state? Of self(-ish) “confidence”?
You may understand this or not im not sure.

It feel quite weird now and i hear this people talk and whine again and YES again ive BEEN responding to it a bit but no not as intesively?
Im not sure how things will work out right now but i think im gonna take a bit of rest now and thus have a littlesleep.

I THINK its gonna get a bit better by tomorrow.
Howeve one thing i notice is that, my wrists for example feel a bit like, not as strong as im supposed to feel lately.
So i DO think that def positive (healing? Empowering?) activity is going on as well anyway!
I sometimes feel like vibrant circular energies through my arms i have felt some interesting stuff over time thus i have the idea that sometimes the sun or sun-beings arr working to empower me and strengthen me!
Thus it feels both like hell but also positive sometimes!
But hard to understand.
A lot of twisting turning and churning which is not easy to exppain.
I have also felt like fire-energies like almost permanent burning its like huge flames of fire passing through and aometimes i empower this myself with my mind.
But i felt it like from the bottom through the… hole upwards and also have felt lot of fire through my head and stuff
So its a lot to talk about but im not living like ordinary human beings either!… AT ALL because i drink very little
BUT IM NOT GOING OUTSIDE EITHER so i pretty much see no sun.
There’s a lot to say but MAYBE I JUST NEED SOME COUNCIL!
