What does sodium phosphate, Prague powder #1, vitamin C powder and Anisette liquor do and where do you get each component? Seems exotic to make such a common dish and does the local karinderya use all those powders and the liquor?
I need to boiled first the tocino, until the water is dry then put some a little bit of oil, make it fry until the its all ready done with a perfect color..
I've never had fresh made tocino before, always frozen store bought. So I always boil while its frozen then fry after the water has dried up, because I'm too lazy to wait for it to defrost, lol. When I crave tocino, I want it as fast as possible lol.
Wow! Ito yung matagal ko na request lods tocino 🥰. Tried twice na eh ginaya ko lang din sa yt palpak man 😅. Hoping meron lahat ng ingredients dito. Ganyan din ako magluto kahit marinated lang nilalagyan ko tubig. Ayaw ko sa sunog na hehe. Lakas makatakam eh perfect combo to tapos may hot coffee. Busolve talaga 😋😋😋. Thank you chef sa recipe may natutunan , na naman ako ngayong araw nato , gusto ko medyo mag ba brown ang tocino pag niluluto ko yan , sarap buti na lang maaga akong nagluto naka sabay sa agahan namin ngayon panonood ko nito ,hanggang sa muli chef watch it till the end.

Ang sarap grabe nagutom ako sa niluto mo atsara at tocino gagawin ko yan❤❤❤❤ katulad mo mahilig din ako mgluto
