Sir I have followed your entire procedure but when I want to print the drawing it's position gets disturbed. How can I resolve this issue.
First of check your printer is add in page layout its it is added so then batter convert into pdf then print it or you can print direct from model

How to publish this pdf in monochrome or black and white?
Page manager setting mein ja kar waha par right upper corner se select krein monochorome phir publish krein to ho jye ga

Ap kisi bhi layout par roght click krein gein to wahan par apko page setup ya page setings ke name mil jye gi other wise ap ctrl+p press kar ke wahan se ja kar monochorome select lar sakty hein

All layout one time nahi ho sakty but agar aik layout ap set karty hein to us layout ke agy copy kar lein
