Really confusing how if you wash your hands, face, or body you use the 싰다 verb but if you wash your hair you use the 감다 verb.
So I thought, well..if you use soap, use 싰다 but you use soap/shampoo in your hair also! Guess this is just one example why Korean is a FSI Level 4 language.
But I'm addicted, so please keep making these CI videos!!
감다 is currently used only for hair. (though it may have been used in more cases in the old days😅) So, I think it's probably better to just memorize it '머리를 감다' as an expression.
한국어 선생님이 되기 전에는 몰랐는데, 직접 가르쳐 보니까 한국어가 참 어려운 언어더라고요. 😭 저희 이야기 영상들이 한국어를 쉽고 재미있게 배우는 데 작은 도움이 되었으면 좋겠어요. 💪
