I sent a message to the composer of penny dreadful music on twitter his name is Abel Korzeniowski @korzeniowski he said it was called "Ghost Waltz" he composed it but I still cannot find it I think it may come out on the Penny Dreadful season 2 soundtrack because I cant find it on any of his other albums I asked him where to get it hopefully he will respond soon and I will update when he does.
I just received a reply back from Abel Korzenski he said it is a new piece and we will have to wait for the season 2 soundtrack to come out although i have no idea when that will be released

One of the greatest scenes in this series. Damn, this makes me miss Penny Dreadful! I still can't believe we had such a fantastic show, and it only lasted three seasons.
I’m late but I came across the ghost waltz because I am an avid classical music listener and I had no idea where it was from because I am an American so I’m not familiar with shows from the UK so I was dying to see where it’s from and I am in tears from this scene and I don’t even know the shows context!

This scene will remain with me for the rest of my life... I have re-watched this scene many many times but STILL get goosebumps when he said “KNOW YOURSELF” (showing the TRUE POWER of LIGHT & LOVE) and am brought to tears as Sir Malcom “remembers” 💔
