आलु र ब्रुनेईको माछाको तरकारी !! || Brunei ko Macha ko Tarkari || ASMR Cooking || Nepali ASMR ||

This Brunei ko Macha and Aloo ko tarkari is a simple yet delicious and popular dish in my home. A very classic nepali aloo dum recipe with my own twist of brunei ko macha. Very proud to say that this is my own recipe. Hope you guys will like it.
Ingredients.

4 Big Potatoes.
Dried Fish (Brunei ko Macha) a bowl full.
2 Big Tomatoes.
1 Red Onion.
2 Fresh Chilli.
5 Cloves of Garlic.
Grinned Sesame Seeds 3 - 4 Tablespoon.
Turmeric 1 Tablespoon.
Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoon.
Methi (Fenugreek Seeds) Few pieces.
Salt to Taste.
