This is the first Ladies PR Vlog I've seen that shows the west coast of the island. I currently live in TX but I was raised in Aguadilla (one of the towns shown in the Vlog).
I want to share that if you want the authentic PR experience you should go to the western PR. Staying in San Juan/Condado/Isla verde is great if you want to experience Viejo San Juan BUT once you are done with Viejo San Juan you are stuck in tourist hell. Everything is overpriced, waiting time for restaurants are from 1 to 3 hours, and activities (Ex. Kayaking) have to be reserved weeks in advance, it's crazy.
I recommend staying in San Juan 1 or 2 days to see Viejo San Juan and Condado. The rest of the days stay in the west coast so you can "disconnect" and experience "Island life".
I you compare Moriah's Vlog with others, you'll notice that she didn't have to wait to be seated in restaurants, and locals where eating too. Also she had the choice to go to uncrowded beaches like "Survival Beach or more popular like "Jobos".
She seemed genuinely relaxed. That's how you should leave Puerto Rico.
When planing your PR trip I recommend the following towns in the west coast to stay and explore.
Aguadilla, Isabela, Aguada, and Rincon.
