Check the screws that attach your metal roof. They should have gaskets that seal as they tighten the metal to the perlins. If the are to tight, to loose, or missing gaskets, it will cause a leak all over your roof.

this is like playing Farm Simulator with the Government Sign so you can buy all brand new equipment straight off the get.
Is there gaps in your insulation? That can cause major condensation and it will drip like it’s raining inside. Is you peek sealed with foam closers? If you caulk anything on the roof use a good quality caulking. Metal link is a brand I use. Are all of the screws actually hitting the purlins and compressing the washers? Do you have mastic between the laps of the sheets? There are a lot of things to look for but for a roof to be leaking at 2 years old is unacceptable!
