LOL it's funny how they're saying Toast "have insane items" towards the end, as if that had him win the game. Toast knew his items were very sub-optimal. He just made a last-minute transition to adapt against the one he knew would be his last opponent (Lily). He almost sold everything he had for that and bet on it. That was a pro play. The items were all over the place and had little to do with it lol.

What patch are they playing on?
I'm 99% sure this was on the 10.6 since they were saying Riot *was going to* buff Chronos (as opposed to the buff already going through). Also, the fact that everyone was spamming Rebels makes it pretty likely this happened before they were nerfed to the ground in 10.7.

im trying to understand why sometimes he just buys ALL units randomly in the shop. what's the strategy there ? i'm a new player btw
Its like a strategy in the early game, if you have enough gold to buy all the units then you can have more options to form a comp
Taufiq Al-Hakim u hold the units on bench when u roll so u have better chances of getting what u want
If you are rolling for spezific Unit like a Syndra for example u buy all the other 3 cost Units from the shop first(if you have room on the bench) and then reroll...You do that because if you buy 3 cost Units they are no longer in the pool of Units and thats increasing ur Odds of finding the Syndra. But of course you have to pay Attention that u dont ruin ur econ breakpoints :)
