I take full accountability for my mistakes/regrets and it just makes me feel terrible. It makes me angry, but not in the way that makes me change. I normally just end up raging and doubling down on destructive behavior. Sometimes I think it would be easier to blame my parents, society, etc for making me weak. Because then, I can forgive myself, and it becomes me vs. them. I don't know why I'm saying all this. I guess I just want attention.
