Hi Ediya, I've just discovered that you have a shadow work course, and I have also read your personal history with anxiety and depression, if I thought that you were an incredible person, now I do think so even more. Unfortunately I don't have enough economic resources to pay for it now, but I hope one day I will be able to do it, since I've been loving your videos since the first time I saw you, thank you for what you do and all your hard work
Thank you so much!
Your asmr is so educational! Never heard of this type of meditation, but very curious to check it out 🥰
I went on two, ten-day Vipassana meditation retreats. One in Washington and one in Joshua Tree and they were both AMAZING! Truly transformational. And they are FREE! Once you go on one, you'll want to go once a year, at least! What you attain is truly priceless! Highly recommended!
Yeah, because no matter how the people lie, the licence tricks will always be stale! Its what you recieve from the work!
Yeah, amazing! Think of all the people who promote healthier material across the globe just from being kind and honest! Sounds fun!
@@nathanmciver6496 You make no sense, but it seems you're trying to bring some negativity here. Too bad you can't express it coherently due to poor communication skills. Maybe you should just give up and go back to being a bump on a log.
@@nathanmciver6496 You can take meds and go to therapy regularly and also take part in meditation practices. It does not have to be either/or.
i loved the coathanger part! my whole body just drooped down. the "nothing is a distraction" is so relieving to hear too especially with an adhd mind. always felt like i was "failing" meditation because i couldn't clear my mind or fully focus, but this is like a freshly washed duvet of comfort
I’ve been coming back to this meditation over and over again because I find it so relaxing, but the other day I was reading a book that made me realize how often I exist outside my body and almost entirely in my mind and so I came back to this meditation with the goal of grounding myself in my body and it has completely changed the practice for me in such a beautiful way.
Thank you for this, Ediya, you have helped me through tremendously difficult periods of my life and I’m so excited to continue to use the tools you provide in these videos as part of my healing journey 💖
I will NEVER forget when I found this meditation long ago. I'm finally going on a Vipassana retreat this year after wanting to do it for YEARS! So excited :)
Great! I did it after my light yoga practice and it was super “easy” and brought awareness. I feel relieved and refreshed.
You really did this justice. I've done a 10 day Vipassana course many years ago, and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Your guidance brought me back to it in 30 minutes and it was so peaceful. Well done :)
Wow, thank you!
I have never meditated before but felt strongly compelled to when Ediya posted this video the other day. This is now my second time using this video to guide my meditation and I found it so relaxing and grounding. As someone who deals with anxiety and a mind always running I can’t believe how clear headed this makes me. During today’s session I was about half way through when my cat decided to come up to me and slam his forehead into my mouth (he does this because he loves forehead kisses) but I was in such a meditative state that I didn’t realize I was not in the present whatsoever until that brought me back. What’s even more amazing though is that I was quickly able to come back to a meditative state. Also I am really curious to know if anyone else has had this experience but both times now I tear up/cry during the session. For me personally it was specifically at 8:44 when she mentions that, “There is no need to breath any other way than the way you are breathing now. Breath as your body wishes to breath.” There was something so healing and self soothing about that particular phrasing because honestly wondering if anywhere else has ever experienced getting emotional during meditation. Overall, thank you Ediya for an amazing experience!
Thank you Ediya. I just did this meditation session with you and reached really deep relaxation so I think this is the one for me. I struggle to bring my mind back from its wandering in ‘normal’ meditation. This allows it to wander and me to watch where it goes. I can’t begin to tell you how much your meditations and lovely calm voice have helped me mentally and emotionally, you bring me peace and a lovely warm, engulfing hug.
I love my time with you 🤗🥰
I so appreciate you. You are by far my favorite ASMRtist. Many blessings to you! 🤗
Thank you for this. I sincerely appreciate everything you do for us, your genuine attitude and all the effort you put into making these videos really help trauma survivors such as myself. I wish you all the best.
...
Your voice is so relaxing ❤️
This was so wonderful and nice! I usually get agitated and distracted easily during meditation, but I stuck through this one the whole way through. So calming, I absolutely love your videos!
Your room is so pretty! Lots of greenery visible through the large windows encompassing the entire room!!💚🍃🍀🌿
This has been one of the most helpful meditations i have ever found. Tysm Edi ❤
These are awesome to re-center and practice breath work.
By the end of this it felt like i was floating, my thoughts were just flowing through my mind, i wasn't pulled by them as i normally would be. I'm defiantly going to be doing this more often :)
I cannot wait to do this. Thank you ediya
I listened to this after my doctor's appointment yesterday, and it brought me back to peace and calmed me immediately. Thank you!
your guided meditations always put me in such a better mindset, i love them so much and i hope you know you’re really good at what you do 😵💫. you’re the only one who puts me in the proper mindset that allows me to meditate. you work WONDERS, I CANNOT EXPRESS IT… i honestly can not wait for the next guided mediation🫶🏻 much love
This helped me so much. I was able to step out of a being so caught up in my feelings and just observe it from the outside. It changed everything .Stepping out of the situation and just view it completely changed how I felt. And I've never looked back. Thank you so much . I love and watch ALL of your videos !!!!
Pure magic 🪄🔥💯🥰 thank you for another meditational blessing 🙏🏼
Your knowledge is truly applaudable.
very fantastic meditation, will definitely be coming back to this one
I’ve been having trouble sleeping, I use your ASMR and your voice as a positive auditory “hallucination” to combat the bad voices that are left in my head, currently crying. Thank you for everything. 🙂❤️
It is always exciting just seeing a new thumbnail from you pop up🤩 your videos are some of the most powerful content to be had on CZcams
I’ve been looking for a softly-spoken guided meditation (preferably without the typical ASMR noises) to help me relax into first jhana. This was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing it. Sadhu, sadhu, sadhu ❤ 🙏
Thank you! That was a nice reset in the middle of my day. 😌
I can't believe my ear to hear such precious word... vipassana
Thank you for this video! I;m a bout to go to sleep (22:12 - 10:12 pm) and I have work tomorrow so any form of calming my mind is always appriciated :) Greetings & blessings
Thank you Ediya. I've been using this clip for the past few weeks on a daily basis.
Ediya, you have no idea how this helped me calm myself specially when things becomes overwhelming. Thank you for this guided meditation.

Girl, I love you. Thank you for being my reminder❤
Thanks for the video…I really enjoy your content…my go to videos for relaxation ( thanks ) … stay safe and take care!!
Marvellous work! You are the very best ASMRtist.
Wow! Lovely video! Thank you xx
This session piqued my interest from the beginning. I'm interested in the principle of polarity, and the mental and emotional pendulum. As the session started, I seemed to be more within my body and less so in my mind. On the return I experienced a reversal and drifted more within my mind, noticing areas that seem stressed or neglected and just let the visions flow and stayed with the sensations. Afterwards the axiom "As above so below, as below so above" came up in my thoughts. This was a very interesting session, thank you so much for these!
Happy Friday to you!! And thank you for the relaxation definitely much needed,, and very useful have a great weekend...
Thank you so much, Ediya. This is wonderful! Xxoo
You are a stunning, peaceful angel! Thanks you so much ! A big warm hug for you 🤗
Exactly what I needed 💕✨🫶🏼

I am a very high stress person but I watched this video 2 nights ago before falling asleep and I have felt so chill since!! Can’t believe it so magic! Thank you❤

Here is wishing you Light, Peace and Love.
This was amazing. Thank you😘🥰🙏
I love this and all your meditations so much !!!! Many hugs and much unconditional love !!! ❤️
Beautiful. Thank you❤️
hi ediya! recently your affirmation videos with background music have been the only thing that makes me fall asleep, since going to a new chool with a chronic illness has been giving me anxiety. could you maybe make a new video like that sometime in the future? love your videos!
woooooo new Ediya video!!!
That is a great room for a video like this.
I also really like how the background music gently found its way after the three bells.
I just found John Kabat Zinn and his work..... I think I'm slowly falling into this but it is extremely easy to wander off.
I hope you do lots more of videos on meditation in the future
Thanks
It’s been a few months since I’ve meditated so I decided to try this and get back into meditating but I found it harder than ever to concentrate. Before, I was able to meditate with little to no drifting but tonight it became a bit of a struggle for me. I found myself drifting the entire video. If you could please give me any tips or help me understand why this is happening, it would really be appreciated. Thank you so much for your videos too Ediya, I’ve always loved following along with your meditations.
Good to see U well ❤️
This is such a wonderful guided meditation, thank you! 🙏🏻 If you ever felt like making a shorter version for when you’re short on time, that would be amazing!
You help me center myself
Thank you 🙏
Merci pour la douce méditation
Much love from Kazakhstan ❤️🙌
Hi Ediya, I just finished watching the recorded version of your recent free workshop and it was fantastic. I feel compelled to tell you that whilst watching the recording on my phone something strange happened. I think it was about 47 minutes in you were just about to start reading comments from the chat when my mum sent me a link to a trailer for the documentary Fantastic Fungi. I saw the notification but kept watching your workshop anyway. No less than a minute later you read a comment from the chat stating that everyone should watch Fantastic Fungi. I was blown away, especially as I was watching the recording, what are the chances? I can’t explain it but it feels like being connected to the collective. Maybe it sounds strange but I took it as affirmation I was in the right place to be watching your content. To make it even more intriguing this all happened just after you had been talking about connection. Anyway, just wanted to let you know your work is really resonating with me. Hoping to do your course as soon as I can ❤️
you’ve got the most beautiful & calm energy flowing around you 🤍
Well, I did this in 2017, futhermore due non daily practise i forgot this so, thanks for reminding and having relaxed and stressfree meditative session.
thank you ❤ ❤❤❤
🙏 relaxing, eye-openers, watching it ! 🙏 i’ll be back to watch some more....🙏 thank you very much 🌷
I love your asmr - love from Ottawa.
Hi :) I think I did hear of this type of meditation once before but had never tried it,thank you for sharing it!💙Will try to practice it.
The commercial in the end scared the heck out of me but nonetheless, this was amazing and liberating. This is what I needed today.
Thank you Ediya! 🧡
I adore all of your videos- especially your guided meditations. What are your thoughts on laying down on the floor rather than sitting up. Thank you so much!
Thank you 🙏🏼 so much for this video, it’s one of the most relaxing videos I have ever opened. 🙏🏼♥️😊
Thoroughly enjoyed this. Your voice is so calming😁
I find myself dozing off during meditations, how can I stop this?
hello really enjoy this video with you so so relaxing,
Pls make a video for people who are going to rest after a hallucynogenic trip ❤️🥰
Incredible
I love your bracelet
This was VERY soothing and calming. I found that the meditation went very quickly. At times, I wasn't able to avoid drifting off to sleep.
I just need to practice more. :) Thank you for another great video.
Namaste, Ediya. Thank you for this soothing ASMR and meditation from The Great Buddha. 🧘🏻♂️🧘🏻♀️🕉☸️☯️🕊🍀
hi, I thought that's a symbol of hinduism but you mentioned Buddha, I'm confused. Just asking so I may be informed.
@@gela6966 people often think both are the same lol it's alright.. but Buddhism has originated from Hinduism so it is pretty similar.. many of the words and techniques and symbols are hindu including this meditation
@@koustubh oh thank you so much for clarifying
Love youuuu
Imagine sleeping in this room while it’s raining… 😍😴🌧
love your voice.. om namah shivaya!!
you have the most beautiful voice.
During this session, I realized that it's more important to feel good than trying to control every thought. Yes, thoughts are important but the heart has way more power (heartmath institute says so). Buda was such a genius to discover this meditation and so are you, Ediya, for teaching us 💜
I'll practice this meditation for 30 days, today was day 1
Day 2 ✅
Day 3 ✅
I just noticed that the lighter I become, the more insights I have. Thanks.
Day 4
✅
Day 5 ✅
AMAZING session ... i completely forgot that i am sitting ..wo www and your voice act as a synergistic action
This meditation is very important to me. I have to stop ruminating and contemplate things around.
Hello Ediya. I love your video's, and of course your work. I'm wondering if you've done S. N. Goenka's 10 day course of Vipassana?
Fantastico... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Apenas entiendo lo que dice esta mujer pero estoy fascinado
Why are you so beautiful ?
You look almost like my mother's bestfriend in a younger version.
I love your voice and I've subscribed.
Girl, you could guide me anywhere!
Your bedroom is so relaxing,,,can you make home tour ?
それはとてもなだめるようだありがとう 💗
Hey Ediyasmr, how are you?
very wild that you uploaded this (thank YOU btw) when i’ve been searching and thinking abt a 10 day vipassana retreat i want to do in the near future 😳 shoutout to @leahsfieldnotes
