Not to mention that they are standing up holding the baby’s neck in one hand & on some kind of high table or stand. Do most people have these at home? It’s only going to be more difficult as the baby grows older. So sit down, hold the baby in your arms, give affection & cuddles and feed her with a bottle or breast instead of some sharp pointed object that can easily poke her eye or anywhere else when the baby gets older & moves around a lot more.
Cruality never ends with these hospitals. First hour , immediately after birth , just born baby should be with mother. Cleaning and suction be done close to mother and infront of father. It is the fundamental right of normal baby. If any doc not following, I call it ignorance of the doc.
Baby needs a bottle and cuddles. This method of feeding stops baby unable to sucking which is more natural and satisfying for babies.

The only way they can communicate is cry,they also need a bottle so they can drink without hitting gums to hard plastic .
