@@daanishgupta actually he is not by what I have seen from Kings offense he is playing like Jokic light for them which makes him very valuable also I think Zion also looks great at split cuts and runing to basket, but I think Sabonis against Zion actually is close and I think Sabonis is same tier mostly because of hes playmaking is better while scoring a bit worse while Zion is still okay playmaker but a better scorer in paint. Sabonis also has played 16 more games which for me matters but that is for me also I think that it was still close call both are deserving and I think that Zion still is better but it is closer then you think.

Tyrese is doing what Luka does but Tyrese is not a superstar. Sabonis does what Jokic does too, however he's not the MVP and he's not even close to being like Jokic. Zion is a top 10 player in the NBA when playing and he is fit to be the no.1 option on a championship team. He's literally putting up Shaq numbers.

I love Chuck, man. Charles Barkley ALWAYS gives credit where credit is due, and he always pays respect to the old dogs, who paved the way for us. I’m 26-years old, and it pains even me to see people praise *only* modern day players.
The legends of the past, not only had to deal with extreme racism (which still goes on to this day), but they played for much lower pay, they weren’t on load management, AND a player like the great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar got his all-time scoring record shooting ALL TWO’S.
People don’t understand; getting the all-time scoring record today, shooting only twos, would be near IMPOSSIBLE. And then you take into account that players played tougher defense back then, the defensive rules have changed to allow for more scoring (hand-checking removed, they added flagrant fouls, they removed the illegal defense rules, etc), they actually called traveling/carrying back then, AND players today get more foul calls?
I am not taking anything away from LeBron James; he has had an amazing career, and is undoubtedly a Top 10 Player of All-Time (not the GOAT, imo), but what Kareem Abdul-Jabbar accomplished throughout his career is UNTOUCHABLE.
He had the most UNBLOCKABLE shot of all-time. Like, how is that not talked about more? Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the only player to ever block the Sky Hook is Wilt Chamberlain, and he only did it ONCE (he got his hand on it more than once, but they were all goaltending). Wilt Chamberlain, the most insanely athletic human, possibly of all-time, is the only person to block the Sky Hook, and he only did it ONCE without goaltending.
We need to give players their flowers while they’re still here. Shout out to Kareem, and shout out to Chuck, for always keeping it real
i agree, but i am 71 and i saw all the greats play. nobody blocked wilts shot he a eraged over 50pts and 20 rebounds for a season. later in his career who shot less and assisted more and won a championship with jerry west and the Lakers..GOAT WILT CFAMBERLAIN!

Obviously, LeBron's a generational talent, but if Kareem had been able to come out for the draft when he was 18 LeBron probably wouldn't catch him. Kareem was legendary for taking care of his physical health decades before "human performance" was even a catchphrase.
