we've been there July, 2-9. The ship is great. Balcony rooms on deck 13 good as well. Everything is brand new, it was expectfull.
What MSC needs to improve: SERVICE. With our All-inclusive Aureus package restaurants on the deck were included. It was really annoying to wait an hour for the order. The waiter said that they are busy and that's true. MSC does not provide enough staff. For so many guests not enough staff at all. Even present staff is not trained. When you are in the buffet nobody comes to you to ask if you want something to drink. Food service is below expectations: quality OK, but variety is limited. Breakfast: same eggs- different day. Its not comparable with 5 stars mexican or turkish hotels.
Overall - we had a great cruise!
