Spinnaker Basics!

Nice tutorial. very clear explanation. Just 1 question. You said about including jenkins job in spinnaker.. So question is when we have spinnaker why should we use jenklins ? .. I mean in which case spinnaker and jenkins both will be used in same environment ?
