Somehow he convinces them 'Oh no this time will be different, you are the one for me" and then they never are. We should take a pool on how long this one will last.

Phuket is my favourite place on the planet. Sadly the last time I was there was 11 years ago now, and have been itching to get back there for many years.
The food, culture and people are amazing, and the weather isn't bad either lol.

Great promotional video for The Pavilions of Phuket. If I was rich and could afford a holiday in Thailand, I definitely would love to stay for two weeks at The Pavilions of Phuket, what an incredible place. I have stayed at many of the world's leading five star hotels. Based on those ratings I would have to give The Pavilions of Phuket a Seven Star rating. Everything there is spectacular. I hope this video generates a lot of business for this resort. It deserves the patronage of the people who watch the Sailing Doodles CZcams videos.
Once you get there you can find really cheap accommodation and food. Needn't cost a fortune, there are options to suit all budgets.
P.S. If you spend your whole time in the hotel then you're holidaying in Thailand the wrong way lol. So much to see and do. A resort is ok, but on my trips, other than sleeping, and the occasional meal, I've spent most of my time out on trips, at the beach etc.
For one of the most luxurious resorts not just in Thailand, but the world, check out Soneva Kiri. A once in a lifetime experience, unless you're a millionaire, in which case.....

Stephanie was my favorite, and Amanda was hot before and even better now, while Dakota is also great. Laura didn't seem like such a great fit. She didn't impress me for looks (I like the girl next door) and her personality didn't seem quite right for Bobby. He needs a girl who can handle the rough and less glamorous times of sailing. Steph ticked all of my marks and seemed like a good fit for Bobby.........but hey, I'm just living vicariously through Bobby. To each his own.
Ok, Bobby. Amanda is a keeper. She reminds me SO much of my wife it is uncanny. Elegant, beautiful, and alot of fun (but not too crazy). Be sure to treat her right because (from my experience anyway) she'll love to be pampered. Do it right and it will be well worth the adventure. Cheers!

Phuket is not Thailand. It's like Jackson Hole, WY or Las Vegas. It is purely set up for tourists. The area around there is extremely tropical, remote, poor amd rural. Phucket is very nice and very set up to let people enjoy themselves, but it also isn't cheap like the rest of Thailand. There are people that go there and decide to stay and live, but they mostly move south since Phuket is too expensive and too crowded. Tons of Asian tourists come there and they really take it over, especially around Asian New Years. If you go to the remote parts for 'spiritual retreats' and exo-tourism, things get way cheaper, but also way more dangerous.

Thiland in certain areas like any country have such nice great people so much going on in that country.
Normally i watch and enjoy but this one made me pretty jealous in a good way. I do not fly, havent since before 2001 but i might have to try once in my life to go to thailand.
I gotta get on board; I must book an excursion and check out wonderful people online. But I've been so busy trying to revolutionize the construction industry. If this works, out this quite-possibly multi-venture, I'll buy your character, but I'll keep you the skipper & also manage the exotic floater. But for now, I must be on the case and on point. The images of your Phuket experience swept me away. I started retirement in 2018 and took a couple of years to relax in my home before planned travel. Big mistake as Covid sort of shut down our plans. So virtual adventures like this are amazing.
Living large in Thailand for 2500/month is nothing compared to just living in my home in Toronto Canada. I love my life, but 2500 wouldn't even pay rent on a modest apt where I live. A nice home with a pool is 15k to 20k per month just for rent. And it snows half the year. Burr.

It is always greener on the other side, but he picks and chooses what we see. There are parts of his life that I would hate or could not handle, but I'm sure glad he shows us and lets us live vicariously through him. He does or did say he covers their costs for eating out and entertainment, so he is a bit of a sugar daddy showing the girls a good time. Some of the women are not exciting to watch, but overall, it has been fun seeing him fix up the first boat with the doodles and continue on from there. Maybe it is similar to romance novels that women read.........we get to imagine ourselves in his shoes.
