Ford Transit Custom MK8 how to change front brake discs and pads with torque values MK7 FWD same

Procedure for changing front brake discs and pads on Ford Transit Custom with torque values included. It's the exact same procedure for the MK7 FWD transit, and not too disimilar to the RWD, only that there is a dummy shaft.

I’ve just done discs & pads on 2020 model and now have the abs, tc light on also goes into limp mode after a few minutes of driving. Any ideas appreciated! Tia

Is it possible that you snagged on the abs sensor wire as you were changing them? Have you had a computer plugged in to read what the code actually is?

What is the torque for the centre 36mm nut qhen tightenting

Hi, Ive just realised that the end of the video has been cut out.
It should be tightened to 250Nm, turn rotate the hub a few times to settle the bearing and make sure it feels okay. Then final torque is to 420Nm
