This was the perfect interview for the “akward” girls the “sheltered” girls that had strict parents Issa just made it comfortable to just be yourself and be unapologetic about it like who cares if you’re not doing what everyone is doing and I love how she’s private about her personal and is liked and respected by so many!!! I’m looking forward to see what’s in store for Issa career wise she is doing everything for the culture but also not putting the culture in a bubble or a certain “stereotype “ and I love that !!!!

I used to live in San Diego, first time from 2011 to 2014 due to me being in the military, second time from 2019 to 2020 I hated to leave but it got so expensive. That was great to see though on TV.
I’m so proud of issa ! The fact that she started out on youtube and developed into entrepreneurship , creating content , a producer , influencer , and actress is inspiring within itself ! There are so many more facets than the stereotypical depictions of us (i.e. bad b!*@%es, successful and abrasively independent, reformed crack heads, uncultured and from the hood, etc) She showed (and continues to show) different types of Black personalities, different types of struggles, different ways of being!
