We just tie a feather duster & pool noodle on Chico our Chihuahua & throw him in if water isnt too cold. 😂 Actually those ripples help a lot. Just like a turkey feather on a string blowing in the wind for predators. Gets attention. Good item. 👍 🦆🦆
