The husband might have a bad behavior but This is very wrong, she didn’t seek the husband’s consent before traveling with the kids. I know the man may be wrong when they are together, but honestly, this man can collect the children if he presses charges through the US embassy. He can file a case that he did not consent to her travelling with his children, so because she is in the USA doesn't mean we should make her feel she has the upper hand. Atimes, sir, invite lawyers to tell both parties the consequences of an act. Even though she has a green card, she is not above the law. Note: Lying to federal government is a felony in America. This is not about asking the children whom they want to stay with. Settling the matter amicably is the only solution for the interest of the kids, and he should have access to his kids.
