Networking style, many upline getting from your commissions. And some agents are "marketing staff" not a
"Real Estate Salesperson" or a "Real Estate Broker" required by the law RESA RA 9646. Per law, these marketing staff or anyone selling/advertising online (not the property owner) is considered "kolorum/illegal" and punishable by law. Also follow the RA 9646 law : 20 real estate salespersons to 1 broker only. Kung sobra na dun, illegal na din yun.
