I've had a pair of the velcro c17's for 2 years and trained in them 6-7 days a week in them for 1.5 years. The padding is still perfect. No issues with the lining. Velcro isn't as good anymore, but it still holds. Leather gave out on one of the fingertips and the piping has broken at major flex points. Still work just fine.

So I’m much better now knowing your going to give them another review, the previous review left me questioning everything about fit 2 box, I went from being your number one fan and watching everything you posted, and have barley watched anything since. Suppose what I’m trying to say is I feel that your unconscious bias held you back from doing a fair comparison from the start. 🦯🦯 🧩🧩 But really a pair of ring to cage that you’d grabbed from the cheapest supplier and probably were seconds that managed to make their way on sale rather than the recycling bin. Up against a pair a winning that you’d of purchased directly from winning. I knows that you loves the original winning glove and don’t blame you in the slightest after all they are a amazing glove. I guess ring to cage feel the same or they would be copying another brand. but that review left me wondering. Enough of my thoughts about the subject, for the first time in a long while I’m looking forward to yours. Cheers buddy x

These are great gloves. Especially if you can get them at 40-50% discount. If you use these with some high quality knuckle guards (Winning NG2 or Skulltec), it feels like identical protection and shock absorption to actual Winning gloves, but with less "pop" if you know what I mean.

Great review again 👍 I’m fortunate to have never owned genuine winning gloves or a genuine Ferrari so I’m unable to compare against them I have the c.17 custom with safety strap, maybe they put more effort into the quality control over these as mine are holding up in excellent condition. Also come with the dry vent lining same as their full face headgear. Can’t fault them safely strap works really well for me and they only have a 1/6 of a ounce difference. I also use the Japanese head guard and also as happy with its functionality and comfort, doesn’t have dry vent lining but is still a amazing fit for me. Never been a great fan of lace up for general use, and if I’m honest I’m also a little rough around the edges so we paired up great.

I've had these in 14oz for a while now and all I can say is - they're awesome. I like the inner material, they literally "fit like a glove", utlra comfortable. I can't compare them to Winning but I've used Powerlocks. Compared to those they are a bulkier glove, with a more forgiving padding, ideal for sparring. Best bang for your hard earned money. I can't think of another glove that's as good as this one for 100$.

Does it have any extra wiggle room inside with wraps on? Mexican style gloves, and even Title gloves I've tried on tend to have an extra wiggle room on the pinky side of my hand, even with wraps on.

I have a pair of these, but mine were only £40 on eBay. There’s a UK seller who does them dirt-cheap, and for that, they are tremendous value for money.
Saying that, the hook & loop version has an annoying double Velcro system I find really fiddly, and I don’t like the way they have no pop on the heavy bag.
But if you can’t afford Winning, they’re a decent imitation.
