I completely understand your fascination and interest for pottery. Started to hand build ceramics earlier this year, finished my first course 2 weeks ago and got my hands on my own kiln last weekend. I love every part of the process and find it so therapeutic too!
As someone already stated, a nice-tasting kombucha can become a good replacement for coffee.
And for the lamp recommendation, try to look into Noguchi ones.

Try out Rooibos tea with a cloud of oat milk :) cafeine free and gives a black tea feeling
Another thing I use is Chaga powder as coffee replacement. Work well as a latte.
Herbal tea has been my godsend. I've also been cutting out coffee

Kombucha is a good choice
Mix sparkling water and the juice of your choice, I love cranberry juice. I’ve been drinking it for ages. It’s like healthy soda. Never been a coffee drinker either
Yes I absolutely support cutting caffeine out. So many people don’t realize how detrimental it is to our natural cycles, in particular sleep. Its gonna be hard at times but you got it Daniel!

Ceramics is just about practice in the beginning. I began prob 15 years ago or so. I too said "I bet I can do this". At first frustrating but never so frustrating to erase my sudden love for clay. I actually began to make bowls because my partner and I run a prop house and our favorite ceramicist, Christiane Perrochon, was hard to come by and quite pricey. Eventually, after going to ceramics almost daily at 5am and then after work (I'm a photographer) I fell into my style. It is really a great craft for people these days who are often removed from any tactile expression. Keep it going!

I recently installed a paper lantern hanging lamp in my living room and breakfast nook. it has the cync wifi light bulbs too so I can change the intensity of the light for fit the mood. paper lantern was $10 and the hanging lamp was $15 both on amazon. it's really nice
I advice many, many herbal teas instead of caffeine. There are so many variations of them, you will love it !
Roasted Dandelion Tea in the morning instead of coffee, trust me, perfect alternative. The Teeccino brand is the one I go for.

Try matcha instead of coffee! Its caffeine too but hast such great impact on your health and the decent effect of one cup lasts for the whole day

Hey Daniel, maybe you two should consider the Flos Parentesi as an alternative to your hanging wall lamp. It stretches from floor to ceiling and just works really well in a room-corner. Keep up the content, I‘m really enjoying it! Best wishes - Johnny

I drink medium sparkling water with some lemon and one small mint leaf in it. Lemon with sparkling gives you the kicks and its pretty healthy

Give a red cappuccino a try as an alternative to coffee or equally the more commonly made rooibos tea such as tick tock, with a bit of oat milk is my usual go-to. I have to also agree with the few people who already mentioned Never too small. It's s a great small house design channel but I would also recommend Living Big In A Tiny House, a little less high design but more ingenious ideas for small living.

Green tea, Cold Infusion teas and Berocca are all good alternative drinks
Green tea has caffeine. Herbal teas don’t.
I enjoy flavoured tonic waters, think theyre not too bad health wise. Worth a shot to spice it up from sparkling water🤷♂️
