Hello Simon: I have three of these plants from Ecuagenera. Two are in Lechuza pon substrate and doing extremely well! One is still rooting in distilled water. I plan to pot it in the pon substrate also. They acclimated well except for one that was “ battered and beaten “ from shipping. It will survive. I live in San Diego Ca, where humidity is average. I do have a humidifier in my room and mist them occasionally. The pon substrate has slow release fertilizer included but I give them a weakly weekly dose of Dyna Gro. Love these plants! Keep making videos.

Good info but the Regale is not the king. That would be King Veitchii. I'm sure someone has told you already.
“Regale” stems from the Latin substantivation of the adjective regalis, "regal", itself from rex, "king.”
