Behind this upbeat song is a very sad meaning. GD writes songs based on how he feels or his bottled up emotions. I just realized that most of the songs he has has written holds a sad meaning just like the song missing you. It also has a good melody which somehow makes the meaning unnoticeable unless you pay attention to it. GD is very famous, he has millions of fans out there but it is still different to have someone he can call his own, someone who will stay by his side no matter what happens, off/on cam, someone who will make him believe again to forever.
