@@kaeyravelezyes and no. If someone is is a psychotic state or super high it will do nothing. I experienced this a few weeks ago but in the city. I was walking my dog later at night and a guy loaded off his mind on something was chasing me around. I used 2 cans of OC not just pepper spray and the police tazed him with 2 different guns....nothing. it's crazy what the human body can overcome depending on the situation.

Bear spray and OC spray are NOT the same thing. I worked security and had to use pepper spray. Not everyone reacts to that. But best believe bear spray will definitely slow someone down. It can slow down a whole bear. Over 3 times the size a human so it can indeed so down a human
That's easy. Groundhogs the Appalachia is full of groundhogs the cabin don't block the holes. They will get vicious and bite you. I've had to attack dogs and eat them up
I hope you have weapons and bear mace,,, dogs will draw bears to you and most dogs will run off not save you,,, Be safe, not a statistic,,,, also bad people roam around hiking trails I hear,,

She has bear spray, and a knife but I'm sure if you use bear spray on a human it would easily put them down for a while
