Is there any chance an update on this 12 volt refrigerator will be coming soon?

I had this exact same one … I believe new air makes them and then Renogy private labels and brands them with their name and logo. But! Mine worked great. I went out to the desert , and I left it plugged in by accident. I’m luck it didn’t catch fire but had it not been for that I’d still have it. I had it well over a year and a half and used it everyday . My new air version had option for a battery to solar charge which I never used but it there if I wanted. I noticed the Renogy does not which weird since all my truck gear is fitted with all Renogy so to add their freezer cooler in and not have it take a solar charge like the new air models it’s just odd. I’d still prefer the 48 qt new air but they’re out of stock and only selling the 85qt which also has the battery option . But this is great runner up

Very good video I'm impressed with this what about camp showers or on demand water heaters

Nice review. I am looking to add a portable fridge to our camper setup, and this looks like a great contender. Have you had a chance to put use it much in the last few months? Is it working up to your expectations?

I've been using it a lot this spring as I've been getting out and about. Very happy with the performance. It is a huge value for the money when comparing the pricing of the competition.

Am wondering about the long term life of this unit compared to the more established brands. Did Renogy provide a reasonable warranty or does LG do that?

Holding up to regular use great so far! Looks as Renogy provides a 1-year warranty on the fridge, and LG provides a 3-year compressor warranty.

Great review. Are the temp settings retained if unplugged?

I have found with mine they are! The bluetooth app makes adjusting temperatures much easier than hitting lots of buttons too.

how is the noise level on the compressor?

It is audible when running, but I do not find it to be any louder than other offerings from Dometic, Isotherm, etc.

Great video! Can this be powered by solar panels or a power station? Wonder how many hours itll power the cooler up?

Thanks for watching! This can be run on either 110v or 12v. I run it via an off-grid solar solution in my camper (12v). Run time will depend on your power system, however these are quite efficient and a rather small station/solar array would surely take care of this alone!
