    Wizards are confusing people that believe they're tanking. They're not. They had an outlandishly excellent 2024 draft so they've got plenty of long-term youth to develop (along with Coulibaly and Vukcevic). Instead of throwing Sarr, Carrington and George to the wolves like so many bad franchises do, they've actually acquired savvy veterans (Brogdon and Val) that can show them the ropes while they build up their own trade value for deadline trades. Wizards are actually being built the right way.
    Poole
    Brogdon
    Coulibaly
    Kuzma
    Valanciunas
    that's not a bad starting five for the first 1/2 of the season. And there's incredible depth behind them. There's too much talent to get in the Flagg and Bailey sweepstakes so why tank? They can build good habits, win 30 games and still have multiple first round picks (their own plus what they get from deadline trades).

    i love this podcast and watch it every day. i get the feeling that you do think that labron is the goat and/or jorden overrated. i have no problem with that but i get this feeling from watching the podcast. but, i think that you need to rekcon that you do because its effecting your judgement. there are alot of players picked in bronny spot in nba drafts that were not better than him. its doesnt change the fact that the reason to pick him is labron. it is what it is

      People only care about the 55th pick when it's a 6'2 athletic guard defender with a 6'8" wingspan 40" vert top 25 in his highschool class 3&D project player if his name is LeBron
      Ur clearly delusional here and don't like LeBron bronny has been a draftable prospect since highschool and only had a bad year in college because he had a heart attack 2 months before the season started

      @@he4tl1f3r2 if he was a good prospect he was taking earlier the fact that he was taking by the lakers in 55 doesn't mean that he wasn't draftable rather than at best he is not consider good prospect [or else he been taken higher]

    Nobody averaging a -86 plus/minus for his career in the Finals belongs anywhere near top 2 discussions.

    • @supwititproductionz3738
      @supwititproductionz3738 Pƙed 24 dny

      plus/minus is a stupid statistic, especially for Lebron. He was getting battered on the Cavs to start his career, then he was playing the GSW in the finals who were probably the 2nd best team of all time. Then he was playing the Spurs who were also one of the best teams of all time. His finals have also been plagued by injuries to his teammates in the finals. The only series he played uncharacteristically bad in was against the Mavs, but no one is perfect

    • @will927
      @will927 Pƙed 24 dny

      @@supwititproductionz3738 +/- is one of Josh’s favorites. And he wasn’t getting battered in CLE. They had back to back 60+ win seasons and that’s AFTER going to the Finals in 07. 07 a Finals where only one game was decided by double digits. Had he been better than 22pts on 35% shooting avg 6 turnovers and 69% from the line, maybe he woulda never ran to Miami to “learn how to win”.

    • @will927
      @will927 Pƙed 24 dny

      @@supwititproductionz3738 And the one time he beat the Warriors he had a teammate avg 28pts per game outplaying GS best player for the series and outperforming LeBron himself in crunch time, but that right there is what made him the greatest player of all time
 dude is a goof.

    Josh really picked two outliers to defend the Bronny signing. How exactly does that make it less ridiculous? Clearly those other signings weren't because of nepotism...
    Another difference is that Jackson-Davis is actually good, and was good in the NCAA and Livingston was one of the top highschool recruits. Bronny got a longer guaranteed contract than either of them.

      @carter5377 Pƙed 25 dny +1

      Klutch sports and Lebron have too much power in the NBA. Rich Paul is just doing his job. That being said, I agree that the Bronny contract is bullshit. Silver spoon.

      @project000 Pƙed 24 dny

      The funny thing about all of you "nepotism!!11!" crowed, is that it doesn't matter. The lakers are using the space for someone who will be useless instead of signing another free agent. That space was not going to be filled by any of you, so quit this pretentious crap

      @@project000How is anything I said "pretentious"? Yeah I never said it would be filled by me, you know some people actually care about others, not just themselves.
