Just stumbled upon your channel and had to subscribe. Now I need to get samples of a few of these. Can a lady wear Harvest Mouse? Does it lean more Masculine? Asking for myself. I avoid musky fragrances and tend to get feminine leaning perfumes most of the time. I love your descriptions, very helpful.
Thanks! I think Harvest Mouse is split right down the middle for being unisex. Maybe very slightly male leaning. Another good one that’s wasn’t featured in this video is Rabbit. It’s like Carrot cake in a bottle.
Surprisingly, hyrax is far and away my favorite, and I’m pretty new to fragrances. I guess I’m a bit of a freak. Any suggestions on other houses or fragrances I should check out? I also enjoy Cuoium
Zoologist is definitely one of the most unique, and challenging brands in the market. I would recommend checking out Amouage, Nassamoto, Pineward, Kerosene, Xerjoff. Pineward has some really unique offerings, check into “Funerie” “Murkwood” and “Steading.”
The raspberry/patchouli combo in Cockatiel doesn’t work for me, either. Even though it’s my favorite fruit, I’ve never enjoyed raspberry in fragrance.
Yeah, I feel some fruits are definitely hard to pull of in a fragrance. I haven’t smelled a Strawberry fragrance I like yet either.
