Transfer pricing: Doing a functional analysis

A comparability analysis (often also referred to as a functional analysis) is the very essence of transfer pricing. Without following the 9 comparability steps, looking at the 5 comparability, including a functional analysis, it is not possible to price an inter-company transaction.
