Completely agree! Magnolia doesn’t deserve Julian!! I hated that he was falling her for!! I was just like no, not another one!! Loved BJ in this series though!! Really began to love him!
Also 7 books!!! I don’t think I can handle 7 books!! This series gives me such anxiety 😅😅 but tbh would love her to switch it and see Henry’s side of things and Bridget’s (if she’s still alive??)

The Bridget "thing"! I'm thinking it's going to be related to the accident and that was caused because Magnolia had a fling with Julian, a revenge kind of situation from someone looking to hurt Julian, which is why he pushed her away. That scene of sending her home and having men by her a house a couple of days and what not.... Need to get started on the next one!
I FEEL THE SAME. I wanted Julian with Magnolia but I’m glad they didn’t happen because Bj would always be “that guy” for her and it would hurt anyone she’s with

Ahhhhh I just finished the long way home last night and I cannot! I am absolutely obsessed with this universe! I literally can’t.
But I absolutely love Julian too! I need more from him. The ending with Bridget has me shook and I’m honestly thinking it has something to do with the car accident.
Im in the same boat as you I don’t wanna read Daisy Haites yet cuz I don’t wanna be done with the series! But….. at the same time I need to know what’s going on! I’ve been binge watching all kinds of videos of people talking about these books cuz I have no one to talk to about them 😢

I've lit just finished this and searched for someone else talking about it haha but I definitely think the 'it was too late' line confirmed she's dead (I haven't read Daisy 2 yet though not sure if they mention it then!) but I reckon she either already had something in her brain and the car accident made it worse or she did mention she hurt her head during the car accident so I reckon all the fuss with Magnolias surgery they didn't scan her properly (Greys anatomy flashbacks!) and she's had a bleed happening etc.
I'm assuming the boys acting weird on the gang families side, Jonah ending it with Taura (assuming to protect her) + J geting shot, J probably had someone out for him and he ended it with Mags because he was worried about her but ultimately they've went for her and that was why the car was rammed - I don't feel like the boys were angry/focused on that enough, I felt like BJs character would have yes been like 'lets get my shit together' but also 'WHO HIT HER AND WHY THEY SHOULD GO TO JAIL, I'M GOING TO FIND THEM' etc and there wasn't any of that. I also think he would have put 2+2 together about J and it being a potential attack but we'll see what Jennas angle was there.
Like I said I haven't read the great undoing yet so idk how much is revealed but I'm scared for Magnolia 3 and what this will mean for her and BJ I think she's going to completely shut down and if it is related to J then BJ will probably fly off the handle about that!!

I read its going to be a magnolia and bj (3) and then another two for Daisy and Christian I suppose. So we will have just another one for magnolia and BJ (I hope so because I want them together and happy already)! ❤
Yes I saw that's there's only one more book after this one focused on Magnolia! So I'm just wondering (if Daisy Haites: The Great Undoing is one) and there's one more after that for Daisy, what the last book will be called/who it will focus on if there's supposed to be 7!

This was my favorite book of the 3 that I have read so far. Definitely a variety of emotions packed up in this book and an added layer of maturity.
I am anxious to read the fourth book because I really didn't like Daisy's book much. But the reviews for book 4 seem promising...crossing my fingers that the footnotes aren't awful and there aren't a zillion of them like there were in book 2. 🤞🏻

So, book 5 (Magnolia Parks: Into The Dark) concludes Magnolia's story, but there will be two more Daisy Haites books following that to wrap up her story!
