S3 Ep2 - A2 In The Evening. In This Episode, we travel to Bendigo to chase Steamrail's A2 986 on it's return trip from running shuttles through the area. This being Lucas' first time chasing on the Bendigo line, paired up with Sam's Train Photography, it was a really interesting day! Chasing all the way into the night, stopping at stations for light and powering on through the bad conditions and rain. All this and much more coming in this episode of 'Down the Line'.

Fantastic video. Plenty of bridges on the Bendigo line to film from. And yes the down Bendigo was late and arrived at Kyneton just as the A2 came through. Credit to the train controller for giving the special a run and not making it wait.
Liked the quick look over the shoulder at Diggers Rest.

Thanks very much Ian! The video was great fun to make. The train controller clearly knew what he was doing and what was right instead of jumping to say that the special had the least priority, it was really well handled.
