As the rapper Future said “ Ain’t no way around it “….
OH LAWWD
It's a tough time to be health-conscious.
Amen
Basically this video is
Everything is plastic
You can’t escape it
Try not to get exposed but what’s the point anyways??
We need water treatment facilities to be capable of properly filter the water
Plastic is made from petro-chemistry so many oils are liquid nanoplastic - and if BPA is estrogenic, then many oils are basically estrogen. Stop canola / sunflower etc for a few days and see if your energy levels go up, silent inflammation drops away. Although my experience may be unique to a leaky gut of unknown cause. I am sure someone will disagree with my analogy based on some theoretical understanding of molecules but can you even prove what kind of oil quality is in all of those products, like rice in a plastic bag, after its been microwaved?
Would supplementing garlic extract to reduce inflammation help?. I've been supplementing with garlic 😅
Good time to leave this place, because we can run but we can't hide from this boomerang of all our genius inventions. 🙆♂️🤷♂️🤦
@@javierramirez904Garlic raises interferon which is an immunostimulant, it will stimulate a certain aspect of the immune system, if i recall correctly it's t-cells (at very high doses interferron feels like fever and was historically used to treat some cancers, leukemias) but you could ask chatgpt about how that might affect any auto immune conditions you have. Raising the immune system can also have side effects like lower energy or lower brain function, which is why a spiritual guru might say dont touch garlic.
This is really stupid. There are good reasons to limit canola oil consumption but it doesn’t affect the body like microplastics…
@@pathologicaldoubtBy what mechanism does it cause leaky gut and related rheuma? Every rheuma diet has the rule to not have oil as no.1 and the anecdote that eating a single meal from a restaurant, that serves heated oil, causes return of the symptoms. Either it changes the signalling of immune mechanisms (like some microbes do such as candida) rendering them hyper aggressive (incapable of calming down). Now BPA also affects hormone signalling so that is not even categorically different. Or whats your idea of how it works? I am not afraid of voicing a false hypothesis, because a hypothesis is meant to precede a search for relevant data. On the other hand i start inventing hypotheses only when there are facts that require explaining and nylon t-shirts are no credible explanation for 5 g of nanoplastics accumulating in our bodies.
Thanks for all of the research my friend! I appreciate the knowledge!
Even LMNT comes in plastic hahaha. Great video!
haha yeah. This is true, however it does have an inner lining of aluminum that is what actually touches the product.
Great video, thank you for speaking up
In retrospect, the rapid adoption and proliferation of plastics including plastic fibres really was crazily reckless.
Exxxcellent job on this major problem! 👍
I drink from a deep well...but need to check its content i guess. Again: great helpman!!!
When wearing a condom, is that also a way of getting micro plastics also you recon?
Sheeeesh
Gets outweighed by the 100x more plastic you'd be touching raising a baby
more like the BPAs absorbed by your pp and her pussi is the main concern
non latex condoms can contain microplastic
Latex is a natural rubber derivative. It get a bad rap for it supposedly causing allergies, but this is probably marketing by plastic manufacturers lol
As suggested below, Berkey water filters have been shown to reduce microplastics. Specifically the metal body Berkey. It’s not entirely plastic free, but comes close.
That ban on Berkey is crazy. I become a bigger consp. theorist every day.
@@NutritionLibrarywhat ban?
@@NutritionLibraryI agree, but it is straight forward in their reasoning. In CA water and water filters have to have a specific certification which they don’t have. So you can drink liquid plastic from nestle but can’t buy a water filter for your own home lol
useful !
What about taking rosemary? It has been shown to protect against xenobiotics.
Do a video how to decrease serotonin and increase dopamine
Unrelated to this video but, what are the vitamin D independent effects of sunlight exposure? Like the ones that you cannot actually get from anything other than sunlight? Im having a really difficult time figuring this out and would appreciate any help.
I should say benefits, not effects
It affects your biological clock, the circadian rhythm, positively if you wake up as the sun rises and as you watch it go down, you may feel sleepy earlier in the night… this is just my experience. Helps me sleep easier. Early to bed, early to rise makes one healthy wealthy and wise 🙏🏼🔥
Plastics are even in water filter systems like reverse osmosis material Polymers, so what to do?
We can use steel water distillation machine, I think.
Probably better than unfiltered water tbh
I believe that you are talking about the water cycle of Earth. It’s very sophisticated, but without going into detail, it’s extremely important. Nowadays, however, it often isn’t complete and that leads to problems. Secondly, there are worms that can digest plastic, though perhaps not all of the plastics. The problem is, someone has to put the worms where they are needed, but THAT can potentially lead to other problems.
It would be wonderful to go back to glass, paper, and properly treated water supplies, but I’m not holding my breath on any of that.
Great video great production great information. It is not an attack but the solutions for the micro plastic situation are so out of touch for normal people that it was in fact a little depressing lol. “Just dig a well and get your own cows” 😂
lol agreed
I primarily use a Berkey-style filter - do those filter out micro-plastics?
Reverse osmosis
Berkey is good. But RO can filter out smaller particles
Just a thought, I do distill most of my drinking water. I just had this thought, what IF the nano plastic fibre is so small it just passes through?
I still distill my drinking water though 😎😇
Thank you for your work Sir
People are just now finding out about this?
What about synthetic air fresheners and scented laundry detergents and dryer sheets? Eliminating these a more accessible first step. These product literally push plastics into the air and water supply and so many people blindly use them.
Check out Dane Wigington. 🙏
_Me drinking from my plastic water bottle_
Chemtrails.
What’s better, reverse osmosis or distillation?
Distillation, but at volume/convenience? Not really. Reverse osmosis in most cases wins out imo.
Edit: This is coming from someone who has both. Make sure to add salt/other stuff after the fact. Distillation does have the added benefit of being able to use the water for humidifiers (surprise surprise, ppm2.5 greatly increases when using non-distilled water).
I use the "clearly filtered infinity" which i heard andrew huberman recommend
@@Kyle3ee I've heard of it and seen people use it, I cannot for the life of me understand or see where they list the technology (in-depth) to prove it works. I'm sure people have tested it online by sending water samples back, but personally, I'm a bit wary.
@@L3uX i used there filtered pitcher for year now at first it was the most amazing thing ever. decided it wasnt making much of a difference as i got too lazy to fill it multuple times a day, i drink a gallon of water a day, so i went back to the refridgerator depensed water. after a month i went back to the filter. it was the most amazing water again ! i guess i got complacent and ungrateful 😅
It is impossible to avoid plastic.
unfortunately, VERY difficult
So instead of switching to butcher paper, glass, and cardboard, we're still using plastics because they're cheap. Time to start launching class action lawsuits to end these practices.
maybe bacteria could help. Probiotics and what not
Good content, could be delivered in half the time though, you keep repeating certain words and phrases. Comes off as way to just extend the length of the video.
Or the fact that he’s just talking like a normal person and not reading a script…
All of these suggestions starting at 15 minutes are obvious. With such a huge channel and all his resources I would expect a more rigorous Practical and helpful video. 😢
Unfortunately there are no un-obvious suggestions.
