    Plastic is made from petro-chemistry so many oils are liquid nanoplastic - and if BPA is estrogenic, then many oils are basically estrogen. Stop canola / sunflower etc for a few days and see if your energy levels go up, silent inflammation drops away. Although my experience may be unique to a leaky gut of unknown cause. I am sure someone will disagree with my analogy based on some theoretical understanding of molecules but can you even prove what kind of oil quality is in all of those products, like rice in a plastic bag, after its been microwaved?

      @@javierramirez904Garlic raises interferon which is an immunostimulant, it will stimulate a certain aspect of the immune system, if i recall correctly it's t-cells (at very high doses interferron feels like fever and was historically used to treat some cancers, leukemias) but you could ask chatgpt about how that might affect any auto immune conditions you have. Raising the immune system can also have side effects like lower energy or lower brain function, which is why a spiritual guru might say dont touch garlic.

    • @pathologicaldoubt
      @pathologicaldoubt Před 3 měsíci +2

      This is really stupid. There are good reasons to limit canola oil consumption but it doesn’t affect the body like microplastics…

    • @tannenradblogspot
      @tannenradblogspot Před 3 měsíci +1

      @@pathologicaldoubtBy what mechanism does it cause leaky gut and related rheuma? Every rheuma diet has the rule to not have oil as no.1 and the anecdote that eating a single meal from a restaurant, that serves heated oil, causes return of the symptoms. Either it changes the signalling of immune mechanisms (like some microbes do such as candida) rendering them hyper aggressive (incapable of calming down). Now BPA also affects hormone signalling so that is not even categorically different. Or whats your idea of how it works? I am not afraid of voicing a false hypothesis, because a hypothesis is meant to precede a search for relevant data. On the other hand i start inventing hypotheses only when there are facts that require explaining and nylon t-shirts are no credible explanation for 5 g of nanoplastics accumulating in our bodies.

    I believe that you are talking about the water cycle of Earth. It’s very sophisticated, but without going into detail, it’s extremely important. Nowadays, however, it often isn’t complete and that leads to problems. Secondly, there are worms that can digest plastic, though perhaps not all of the plastics. The problem is, someone has to put the worms where they are needed, but THAT can potentially lead to other problems.
    It would be wonderful to go back to glass, paper, and properly treated water supplies, but I’m not holding my breath on any of that.

    • @L3uX

      Distillation, but at volume/convenience? Not really. Reverse osmosis in most cases wins out imo.
      Edit: This is coming from someone who has both. Make sure to add salt/other stuff after the fact. Distillation does have the added benefit of being able to use the water for humidifiers (surprise surprise, ppm2.5 greatly increases when using non-distilled water).
