Jamaican Jerked Tuna Steaks

Here is one of my experimental dishes folks!! I'm stepping out the box with this one. I've never had fresh tuna steaks like this before. I definitely wanted to try them in one of my videos. I marinated them in jerk seasoning and then pan seared them and it turned out great!!

I'm going to try it , wanted to do tuna but all the recipes were rear and pan fried . So at least I see I can survive our cooking style

What is the temp of the oven?

I don't remember at all that old stove did it's best to try and burn up the food so just guessing I would say 350 to 400 degrees. you have to test it out in your kitchen ok
