    Tools that every organisation use to track their work or how project is going.
    Concept of agile -
    Agile is a methodology, you deliver the parts of new feature to dev or staging.
    Learn agile from Wikipedia.
    Try jira by yourself.
    Jira is tool thst implement your project management.
    Centralized jira board. Track ticket With priority 1 as issue in entire project.
    Track your project. Somebody wants to track your work. Or team effort can be tracked using jira.
    Jira is a practical tool.

    Service now - change and incident management. Service based organisation, working with clients. Service now is extensively used.
    Incident management - application is not working as expected. Monitoring system will throw alert. These alert have to be addressed immediately . Tracked as Incident management tool has to. Support guys have to solve the ussue. Createdms incident on it's own . Assigned ti support guy.
    Change management... monitoring tool has created an incident , it hss been assigned to a specific individual . He understood the root cause, in order to implement change he will create s service now ticket and interact with other team such as database, application to perform downtime. As part of change management.

    @abhishek ...great series no issue , but possible please highlighted below points in kubernetes series
    1) blue / green deployment
    2) commutation in pod assume we have 3pod in 1worker node ,2pods we have to communicate with privately and 1pod we have to communicate with publicly.

    In putty wt is passwd in login abishek in video 5 doubt. I created instance as u said wt pasd nd login should give. Rply

      you can either use ssh keys or username and password to login
      if you choose to login with username and password, you should create them explicitly using `passwd` command and enable the password authentication on you ~/etc/ssh/sshd_config file
